Opening the door to fields of wild strawberries, this is my jam. Rhubarb crisp, dark cherry, spice, and orange rind all float to the surface. Bright, juicy acidity with a long lingering finish. A favorite, if I may.

Fermented in open top fermenters, 20% whole cluster, 80% whole berry with native yeast.
Aged in 30% new, 500L french oak puncheons for 18 months.

"All Grenache from the Fulldraw Vineyard on the westside of Paso, the 2021 Euphoric was brought up in 30% new 500-liter barrels. Its deeper ruby/plum hue is followed by a ripe, sweetly fruited Grenache offering lots of red and black cherry-driven fruit, some peppery garrigue and incense notes, medium to full body, sweet tannins, and a good finish. It's not going to make you forget the 2019, but this hedonistic, sweetly fruited Grenache will drink well for 5-7 years."
